You have lots of flexibility with this recipe. Season the pumpkins seeds to your liking. Start with the recommended measurements and then adjust. I personally use more sugar and cinnamon than most would like.
1.5 cups of pumpkin seeds (fresh and all pulped removed.)
1.5 cups of water
1.5 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of sugar
Boil pumpkins seeds in water and salt for 10 minutes.
Dry seeds well on paper towels.
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, seeds, cinnamon and sugar.
Add to air fryer. Set to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Mix frequently. Depending on your fryer, time will vary.
